About

A technology lawyer who teaches instead of scaring people

I have worked in technology law since 2014, and since 2023 I have led the AI practice at an international law firm. On this site I do a third thing: I teach.

I design and negotiate IT and intellectual property agreements, and I build contracting and procurement models that survive projects run in an agile way — because that is where a team’s way of working and a company’s internal procedure usually part company.

AI is my main subject. I was involved in very early legal projects on AI deployment, before anyone was asking about the AI Act, and in building AI-based legal tech. That is why I talk about it differently from someone who read the regulation last month.

I have advised on IT projects worth hundreds of millions of złoty — for financial institutions, IT vendors, healthcare, energy and government agencies. Cloud rollouts in regulated sectors, agile and DevOps contracting, medical devices and MedTech are the areas where I watched the same mistakes repeat regardless of industry.

This site exists so that knowledge is also available to companies without an in-house legal team or a budget for permanent law firm support. I train teams, run webinars, speak at conferences and build knowledge bases that stay inside the organisation.
