Knowledge base for organisations

Organised know-how that stays in the company and has an owner.

Most companies have more knowledge than they think — just scattered across emails, attachments and two people’s heads. The problem is not that something is missing, but that nobody knows which version is current.

We turn that into one structure: procedures, checklists, model clauses and decision paths. At the end we name an owner for every section, because a knowledge base without an owner ages exactly as fast as the rules do.

How it works

  1. 01 Audit We gather everything that already exists and check whether those documents say the same thing. Usually they do not.
  2. 02 Structure We agree the sections and the entry format. Short and repeatable, because nobody updates a long one.
  3. 03 Content We fill the gaps and rewrite what is out of date. Versions stay visible.
  4. 04 Handover Training for the people who will maintain it, and an update trigger written next to every section.
