In-house training
A programme built on your own cases, not on textbook examples.
Training only matters if somebody makes decisions differently afterwards. So we start from what you actually buy and deploy, and work through the rules on that material — not the other way round.
The best results come from a mixed room: a lawyer, someone from IT and someone from procurement together. Half the misunderstandings in these projects come from those three people never having heard the same version.
How it works
- 01 Discovery A short conversation and a look at what you have: contracts, policies, the list of tools. Without it the training would be generic.
- 02 Programme You get an agenda broken into blocks, marking clearly what is a lecture and what is casework.
- 03 The training Work on your documents. Conclusions are written down as we go, because those are what remain afterwards.
- 04 Afterwards Materials, a prioritised list of things to fix, and a view on what to do yourselves versus with a lawyer.
