Webinars
A short remote format for distributed teams. The recording stays with you.
A webinar is the cheapest way to get the whole company to hear the same version in the same week. It does not replace a workshop, but it works very well as a first step and as a refresher after the rules change.
I prefer a format with real time for questions. An hour of lecture with no questions is a recording you might as well have replayed from an archive.
How it works
- 01 Topic and date We settle on one subject. A webinar about everything is a webinar about nothing.
- 02 Collecting questions We collect questions from attendees beforehand, which makes half the content land by design.
- 03 The session and the recording Afterwards you get the recording, the slides and written answers to the remaining questions.
